  • Starting February 1: Appointment Only Office Hours

    Beginning February 1, in person and scheduled conversations with our Community Support Team will be by appointment only. This change helps ensure homeowners receive dedicated, uninterrupted time with the right person.

    Appointments are available Monday through Thursday between 9:00a.m. and 11:30a.m., and 1:00p.m. to 4:30p.m., in 20 minute increments.

    Many requests can still be handled through the homeowner portal or by emailing hoa@dormanrealestate.com. Phone and email support will continue as usual.
