Our team is based in Colorado Springs, and we take pride in building long-term relationships with the Boards and homeowners we serve. Each community we manage is assigned a dedicated Community Manager, backed by an experienced support team that includes accounting, operations, and administrative professionals.
We understand that every community is unique. That’s why we tailor our services to meet the specific needs of your Association, while helping Boards remain in compliance with Colorado law and best practices in HOA governance.
Our Role in Dorman Association Management
Dorman Association Management is contracted to provide accounting and financial support services for your Association. While we are not involved in day-to-day operations or governance decisions, we work closely with your Board of Directors to ensure accurate, timely, and transparent financial management.
We assist with:
Preparing and distributing monthly financial reports
Processing assessments, payments, and delinquencies
Managing accounts payable and vendor payments
Coordinating with your Board on budget planning and reserve tracking
Providing year-end reports and documentation for tax preparation or audits
Maintaining financial records and homeowner account information
Please note that we do not attend Board meetings, enforce covenants, or coordinate maintenance or vendor services. Those responsibilities are managed directly by your elected Board or other designated professionals.
