Beginning March 1, you will begin to see our new name reflected throughout communications and the portal. While our name has changed, we remain the same locally owned and operated HOA management company based in Colorado Springs, with no changes to ownership, leadership, or services.

Our Role in Your Community

Excel Community Management is proud to provide full-service community management for your community. We work closely with the Board of Directors to support day-to-day operations, homeowner communications, vendor coordination, and financial oversight.

Our role includes:

• Budgeting and financial reporting
• Processing assessments, payments, and delinquencies
• Vendor coordination and project oversight
• Covenant enforcement and ACC request management
• Communication with homeowners
• Organizing and facilitating Board and annual meetings
• Maintaining records and managing the community portal

While the Board makes decisions and sets policy, our team is responsible for implementing those decisions and managing the daily operations of the community in a professional, transparent, and responsive manner.
